TRT Avaz is a public television channel that started broadcasting on the previous frequency of TRT Türk on March 21, 2009, celebrated by Nevruz holidays. It is addressed to the people who speak Turkish languages in Central Asia, Caucasus and Balkans, depending on the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation.
In the languages of Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tatar, Uzbek and Turkmen, culture, art, documentary and music programs as well as films produced in these Turkic countries will be serialized and published in Turkish subtitles. These programs will come to the screen with the introduction of local servers. It will also be taught in Turkish.
